Group Pilates space
The very open space where group classes are held.

Tuesdays and Fridays, 11am to noon

Adults lose an average of 30% of their muscle power by age 70 and 1-3 inches of height by age 80. Loss of muscle tissue starts as early as 50 years of age. But you don’t have to be a statistic.

This Pilates mat class promotes strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and posture. All exercises are safe for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis, while still providing a challenging workout. Modifications and props are used depending on each individual’s needs or precautions.

At Flow PT and Pilates, this class is kept small to allow focus on each participant. The exercises vary so it’s never the same routine workout.

Prior Pilates experience is not necessary. For safety purposes, you must be able to get up and down from the floor and tolerate position changes. As with any exercise program, please check with your doctor before starting if there is an ongoing medical condition.
