Flow Physical Therapy and Pilates offers specialized physical therapy for sports injuries. My sports PT programs include both in-person sessions that focus on sport-specific training as well as personalized training plans to keep you progressing in between appointments.

Our goal is to restore function, strength, and agility so you can get back to the sports that you love. What is Sports PT?

Like all physical therapy, sports physical therapy is rooted in evidence-based techniques – however, with sports rehab we focus on sport-specific training and look closely at mobility, strength, balance, and biomechanics in relation to your sport.

When you come to Flow Physical Therapy and Pilates in Asheville for sports physical therapy, we’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your injury or condition. Based on my findings and your goals, we’ll then put together a detailed recovery plan that includes exercises, stretches, manual/hands on treatments and mobilizations, balance training, posture work, Pilates, and more. 
 

At subsequent sessions, we’ll work to progress this plan – and we’ll accelerate your recovery with an individualized at-home, sport-focused exercise program you can do in between sessions.
