Women’s Health

Prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause – these stages can impact how the body functions and moves. Women don’t have to wait for it to “go away on its own” or accept that it is “just part of having babies” or “part of aging.” I treat the following:

  • Diastasis recti (abdominal muscles spreading)
  • Symphysis pubis pain (pubic pain)
  • Upper/mid back pain (thoracic pain)
  • Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction
  • Cesarean scar restriction
  • Urinary incontinence (leakage of urine)
