Flow Physical Therapy & Pilates Reviews
“I started seeing Tanya when I had trouble with my lower back. What I love about working with her is that she is thorough in her assessment and has an ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She was mindful about how many exercises she gave me to work on at home, which made it easier to complete the tasks and move quickly towards recovery. I highly recommend Tanya if you are looking for someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also kind, compassionate and fun to work with.”

“Tanya is so great. I was having daily back pain, and even with stretches and massage I just hurt. Tanya helped me gain strength, flexibility, and function and my lower back pain is gone. I have two young kids and I wish I had done this so much sooner. Thank you Tanya!”

“After 3 weeks of working with Flow PT, I felt better than I had in 4 months of working with another PT practice. The results were absolutely amazing! My lower back pain improved immensely after working with Flow PT. I was finally able to start running again without pain. 100% would recommend!”

“Meeting with Tanya for the first time was truly life-changing! I have been to so many different experts through the years, trying and failing to resolve my piriformis pain, but Tanya actually found the root cause, testing my muscle strength and flexibility to help me understand and resolve the pain at its source. She has since given me a brilliant regime of muscle building exercises, all of which are very effective. There are so many hacks out there charging a lot of money for generic exercises you can find online, but Tanya actually listens, tuning in to the unique needs of your body and then designing a physical therapy regiment specifically for you. She is also exceeding kind, patient and wise. I love her gentle, grounded energy and can’t recommend her enough!”

“Flow Physical Therapy and Pilates. I began physical therapy with Tanya due to a humeral fracture, and subsequent shoulder stiffness/loss of range of motion. During the acute phase of my injury, she was a wealth of knowledge, patience and encouragement. Within 5 minutes, I deeply trusted her expertise and was able to begin my recovery. Tanya has a masterful approach of having compassion for the intensity of the therapy for the patient, and challenging the patient to lean into the hard work of truly rehabilitating. Tanya listened intently and structured each session to be tailored to my needs. She provided clear guidance and education about how to continue my physical therapy at home between sessions. To top it off, her office is beautiful and has mountain views, a nice bonus! I highly recommend Tanya for physical therapy and Pilates.”

“I was interested in Pilates, but with hypermobility and some underlying injuries, I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to do it safely and thought that the combination of Pilates instruction with the underlying knowledge of a PT was the best place to start! While I prefer Pilates class over PT appointments, I am grateful to work with Tanya with the skill for both- injuries and issues that need PT can receive that attention, and it’s also nice to transition back to Pilates now that I’m feeling better!”

“I love pilates but wanted some professional instruction. I needed physical therapy for my feet/knees/hips and had tried it a few times but hated it. The initial evaluation was extremely thorough. Tanya discovered that one leg is slightly longer than the other and recommended insoles to correct it. Communication is always prompt. I was impressed with Tanya’s knowledge of both physical therapy and pilates. I wish I had found her years ago!”
